Steven Goodwin (London, England) has been involved in science and technology from an early age, and built his first synthesizer while still in his teens. Since then his projects have been wide and varied; selling over a million computer games, writing two books, and presenting to many organisations and companies, including Mensa and the BBC.

His consultancy work involves attending museums to evaluate the staff, exhibits, and environment. He works as a secret shopper would for a supermarket. From this he produces a report on the experience, and provides recommendations for change.
