What follows is a brewery-by-brewery account of various real ales and beers available in the UK.

Fullers London Pride4.1 %4.7 %London Pride is a smooth and astonishingly complex beer, which has a distinctive malty base complemented by a rich balance of well developed hop flavours from the target, challenger and northdown varieties in the brew
FullersESB5.5 %5.9 %First brewed in 1971, ESB is unrivalled in terms of its flavour and balance and is brewed from Pale Ale and Crystal malts, and from Target, Challenger, Northdown and Goldings hops.
FullersChiswick3.5 % This brew boasts a refreshing, highly drinkable flavour, flowery and fresh, with very well developed hop characteristics (a mixture of the Northdown and Challenger varieties).
Fullers1845 6.3 %The beer is a highly acclaimed strong ale and the winner of numerous awards such as the CAMRA Champion Bottle Conditioned Beer of Britain (1998-1999 and 2002) and the British Bottle Institute's award for the Best Dressed Bottle (1996).
FullersOrganic Honey Dew4.3 %5 %Organic Honey Dew is a refreshing golden beer which is brewed entirely from English organic malt and hops and is laced with the finest organic honey, which lends the beer not only a wonderfully aromatic nose, but also outstanding smoothness. The natural sweetness, however, is perfectly counterpoised by the Target hops, which provide a zesty finish to the flavour.
FullersSummer Ale 3.9 %Light, smooth, and refreshing, Summer Ale is pale gold in colour, and at 3.9% alcohol by volume, an excellent quaffing ale. It delivers a flavour most lagers can only dream of, thanks to its all-malt brew (containing malted wheat), and 100% Saaz hops, a Czech variety found in the best pilseners. Like Organic Honey Dew, it should always be served chilled.
FullersJack Frost 4.5 %Brewed with crystal malt and a dash of blackberries, Jack frost delivers a fruity, robust yet refreshing flavour that lingers long on the palate. At 4.5% alcohol by volume, it's also highly quaffable.
FullersGolden Pride 8.5 % This superb quality premium beer is the equivalent of a Belgian 'Abbey Beer' and is arguably the 'grand cru' of Fuller's bottled beers
FullersIndia Pale Ale 4.8 %An all malt brew at 4.8% alcohol by volume, with Goldings hops for a pleasant and distinctive bitterness and aroma, this is a faithfull reproduction of the original brew.
FullersLondon Porter 5.4 %This beer captures the flavours of those brews perfectly, although you won't find a cloudy pint these days! Smooth, rich, and strong (5.4% a.b.v.), our London Porter is brewed from a blend of brown, crystal and chocolate malts for a creamy delivery balanced by traditional Fuggles hops.
Wadworth 6X 4.3 % This delightful copper-coloured beer has a malty, fruity nose with a restrained hop character.
The same characteristics emerge on the palate but with more intensity,leading to a lingering malty finish. The beer is full bodied and distinctive but with a high drinkability, ensuring its position as one of the South of England's most requested beers.
WadworthHenry's Local IPA3.6 %  Our local bitter, extremely popular in Devizes and district and available throughout the Wadworth trading area - light, refreshing and sessionable.
An aroma of gentle malt with slight hoppiness combines with a good balance of flavours on palate, maltiness gradually dominating. There is a long-lasting after taste to match which eventually becomes biscuity.
WadworthJcB4.7 % A deep amber, robust but perfectly balanced traditional English ale with a rich malty body, complex hop character and a hint of tropical fruit in the aroma and taste. A gentle 'boiled sweet/barley sugar' sweetness blends wonderfully with a smooth nutty malt and rounded hop bitterness before a dry, biscuity, moreishly bitter finish.
WadworthMalt 'n' Hops4.5 % Unkilned green hops used within hours of picking impart a surge of cleansing orange zest flavours and refreshing bitterness which balances the malt-sweet palate of this pale harvest ale.
WadworthSummersault4.0 %  Wadworth's summer cask beer is brewed with fragrant Saaz hops normally used for premium lager.
These hops deliver a delicate aroma and bitterness making Summersault ideal for summer quaffing.
Summersault is best served cool and dispensed with a sparkler.
WadworthOld Father Timer5.8 % The beer remains true to its original recipe - a rich copper-brown in colour with a strong, malty aroma and a full bodied complete flavour.
Youngs Youngs Bitter3.7 % Pale golden dry bitter which has a fresh clean nose and an aroma of hops and citrus fruit.
YoungsYoungs Special4.6 %   A classic bitter that has gained cult status among cask ale drinkers.
Pale brown bitter with a full, slightly estery nose with a good hop aroma and full round flavour, a fine balance between malt and hops.
YoungsTriple 'A'4.0 %  A cask ale for a new generation - 'Not Your Usual' Swan neck and sparkler dispense creates a smooth, creamy head.
Smooth clean taste with a slight citrus character derived from the Liberty hops.
YoungsWaggledance5.0 %   Named after a bee's motion to alert other bees to pollen.
A delicious golden ale with a superb honey aroma.
YoungsSpecial London Ale6.4 %  A golden brown strong ale. Vinous hoppy nose. Powerful flavour full of hops and fruit. Lasting bitter finish giving way to toffee notes.
YoungsDouble Chocolate Stouth  5.0 % A dark, ruby coloured stout, almost black from a distance. A distinctive chocolate flavour with a smooth and velvety finish.
YoungsAcclaim 4.0 % A light refreshing beer, golden in colour with the subtle flavour of passion fruit.
YoungsDirty Dick's 4.1 %   A truly delicious mid-gravity ale brewed a high level of crystal malt, which delivers a full mellow flavour.
YoungsOld Nick  7.2 % A velvety smooth barley wine with a rich, complex caramel and malty character and a full warm flavour full of bananas, pear drops, apples and esters with a smooth finish. The hop character keeps the sweetness in check.
YoungsSt. Georges Ale  5.0 % ale brown, fruity, vinous hoppy beer packed full of flavour with a lasting bitter finish.
YoungsOatmeal Stouth  5.0 % beautifully hand crafted beer with an exceptionally smooth palette and a fruity aroma. A dark, ruby-coloured stout, almost black from a distance, with a beautiful creamy head.
YoungsElysium  4.0 % Young's Elysium is infused with the subtle flavour and aroma of elderflower to create a clean invigorating and refreshing beer with an unmistakeable golden glow. A unique blend of Maris Otter, crystal and lager malts, Syrian and whole leaf Liberty hops - infused with the subtle flavour of elderflower.
YoungsChristmas Pudding Ale  3.4 % Warming, dark ruby character and splendid luscious flavours of almond and dried fruit.
YoungsGolden Zest 3.5 % Refreshing golden beer Zesty crisp citrus flavour.
Greene King Abbot Ale   Abbot Ale is brewed with pale crystal and amber malts to give an attractive colour and rich malty taste. Challenger hops give it bitterness with a spicy overtone and to really boost the taste and aroma to the maximum it is late-hopped with Fuggles to provide the floral tones and fruity esters.
Greene KingIPA 5.0 %  A fresh hoppy taste stemming from two types of hops - Challenger and English First Gold.
Greene KingRuddles 5.2%  Ruddles County is famed for its dry, bitter flavour, which comes from using the rare Bramling Cross hops. Many liken the flavour to burnt toffee and caramel which, when combined with the dry bitterness, gives a very pleasing taste. It really is the ultimate bitter-lovers' bitter.

Greene KingStrong Suffolk Vintage Ale  12%Strong Suffolk Vintage Ale is unique and unrivalled in this country. It's a blend of two ales: Old 5X , which is brewed to the maximum strength possible (around 12% abv) and left to mature in 100-barrel oak vats for a minimum of two years, and BPA, a dark, full-bodied freshly brewed beer which is added just before bottling.
Greene KingHen's Tooth  6.5 %Its balanced blend of strong, rich flavours (6.5% abv) leads to a satisfyingly smooth, clean finish. The active yeast in the bottle continues to condition and mature the ale through its life, producing not only the wonderful flavours but also a smooth, foamy head.
Greene KingGreene King XX Mild  3.0% Greene King XX Mild is a fine, dark, mild ale with a distinctive taste (3% abv) and delicate aroma. It draws its characteristics from a special blend of black and crystal malts to give a burnt, roasted flavour while the delicate hint of hops in the nose comes from the Northdown variety.
