by the Target hops, which provide a zesty finish to the flavour. |

refreshing, Summer Ale is pale gold in colour, and at 3.9% alcohol by
volume, an excellent quaffing ale. It delivers a flavour most lagers
can only dream of, thanks to its all-malt brew (containing malted
wheat), and 100% Saaz hops, a Czech variety found in the best
pilseners. Like Organic Honey Dew, it should always be served chilled. |

An aroma of gentle malt with slight hoppiness combines with a good
balance of flavours on palate, maltiness gradually dominating. There is
a long-lasting after taste to match which eventually becomes biscuity. |

amber, robust but perfectly balanced traditional English ale with a
rich malty body, complex hop character and a hint of tropical fruit in
the aroma and taste. A gentle 'boiled sweet/barley sugar' sweetness
blends wonderfully with a smooth nutty malt and rounded hop bitterness
before a dry, biscuity, moreishly bitter finish. |

aroma to the maximum it is late-hopped with Fuggles to provide the
floral tones and fruity esters. |

| Greene King | Ruddles | 5.2% | | Ruddles County is famed for its dry, bitter flavour, which comes from
using the rare Bramling Cross hops. Many liken the flavour to burnt
toffee and caramel which, when combined with the dry bitterness, gives
a very pleasing taste. It really is the ultimate bitter-lovers' bitter.

this country. It's a blend of two ales: Old 5X , which is brewed to the maximum

for a minimum of two years, and BPA, a dark, full-bodied freshly brewed beer
which is added just before bottling. |
